Apex is unique. We are a training, coaching and development company, comprised of successful ex-VAR principals as well as corporate channel management and development executives. We have found that there are very few companies, if any, with deep channel partner experience and strong focus on the complex relationships between them and their vendors.
Our mission is to create synergy between vendor companies and their channel partners while improving the overall quality, self-sufficiency and productivity of the channel partners themselves. We believe that optimizing the vendor-partner relationship creates tremendous competitive advantage.
We have been there. Our principals started up, grew and sold a highly successful Channel Partner in less than 8 years. They also received numerous prestigious industry recognitions. We have also been on the OEM/ISV Vendor side. We understand the challenges of recruiting and developing high quality channel partner organizations. We have decades of collective experience in building strong corporate channel programs as well as field–based relationships with partners in fiercely competitive global businesses.
Apex teaches and coaches channel partners with a timeless recipe for success while at the same time weaving in the most important best practices and key messages from their vendors. This helps align the teams together for mutual success in the marketplace. As just one example, if we were doing a reseller workshop on how to recruit sales talent, we might utilize the vendor’s hiring guidelines. |
