  • The Apex Energy Division represents works with top Energy Companies in the country, which pass our rigorous Supplier Certification standards.
  • Review and Audit your invoices for mischarges, and build a detailed energy profile of how and when you use energy.
  • Formalize a Procurement Strategy for each region. Certain regions can be leveraged together with the same Suppliers.
  • Prepare a formal Request for Quotation, including all pertinent information, for each region, and send to the top Energy Companies in your market.
  • Analyze and evaluate the bids dividing the expense into delivery portion and supply portion to clearly represent all offers.
  • Present timely Executive Summary and Savings Analysis of the bids, with an “apples to apples” comparison. The Analysis includes our recommendations; you make the decision on length of contract, product type, etc.
  • Negotiate, present, and ensure proper execution of Energy Supply contract with the winning bidder, with the best terms and conditions available in the marketplace, on your behalf. (You must execute the contract.)
  • We manage your Energy, for each region, on an ongoing basis. Once you become a client of Apex, we will contact you on a quarterly basis to review all of your accounts. Should an opportunity exist to renegotiate your rates, we will do so…proactively! As an added value, our Energy Consultants will handle any and all matters related to your utility company; ad hoc reporting, billing issues, address changes, location drops/adds, etc.
