Paul is a co-founder of Apex Advisors, Inc., and serves as our Chief Visionary Officer. Paul is a “serial entrepreneur” and has started up and run several highly successful small businesses. His business experience portfolio is highly diverse, though the common threads of his career lie in his leadership and commercial expertise. Paul is known for his unique ability to create a shared vision for the future of his business and is often invited to speak on this subject. Paul has ongoing ownership positions in other services businesses, including distributorships, property management and commercial construction.

Prior to Apex, Paul was the CEO of 4RO Services, an emergency service company in the Philadelphia tri-state area. In an emergency service company, having a keen understanding and appreciation of the customer’s needs is paramount. As CEO, Paul focused much of his effort on sales, marketing and customer service for the company.

Among his other accomplishments, Paul co-founded The RE/COM Group (with Apex partners Bernie Mikula and Eric Williams). RE/COM was a national IT Value Added Reseller headquartered in Moorestown, NJ. RE/COM and its founders received numerous national awards and recognitions. When RE/COM was acquired by Dimension Data ($3B South African-based technology solutions company), Paul stayed on as Managing Director for North America. In this role, he was responsible for overall management, sales, marketing and growth between U.S. and global divisions.

Prior to RE/COM and Dimension Data, Paul worked for a number of technology companies in various sales and marketing positions for over the course of 25 years. He has been recognized as a consistent top performer and has won many sales and management awards throughout his career. Paul graduated from Lyons Technical Institute with a degree in Technology.

Paul has a passion for giving back to the community and is an active volunteer and philanthropist. He and his wife live in the Moorestown, NJ area.
